When booking for 2 people, register yourself and once you receive your confirmation email, please respond with a message that you will be bringing a guest with you. Our cancellation policy is a full 24 hours' notice prior to your booking time. (Longer is appreciated so it will allow us time to fill the timeslot). Missed appointments and late cancelations will be charged in full to the credit card on file. If you cannot make your appointment, you are welcome to send another person in your place. Please be aware that for the comfort of all of our guests and staff we do NOT allow smokers to use our facility. If we smell smoke on your clothes, we do have the right to refuse treatment and you are responsible for the payment of the time you booked with us.
